No fabric in sight!

I absolutely love this project. We have had this tatty old Ercol chair kicking around for years. I had previously tried to 'up-cycle' it years ago with some excess emulsion paint. (Note to self: emulsion paint is good for walls, not wood....) Unsurprisingly, over the years the paint had flaked and peeled off. Whilst researching paints and materials for other Granny's Attic projects, I stumbled across this amazing yellow gloss furniture paint and fell in love.... I sanded down the flaking paint and sprayed primer over the chair to prepare the wood properly this time. 2 coats of carefully painted yellow gloss later and - Ta-daaa!!
